VETERAN OWNED: Typically we are in the Chiefland Florida area but plan on visiting Ohio during the summer. Watch the banner at the top of the page which will indicate where we are at present.
RATES: We offer Military/Veteran discounts. We charge for the first hour of labor and charge per quarter hour thereafter. The hourly rate is $150.00. This rate is for diagnostics and repairs only. We have fixed prices for maintenance services. (Tank cleaning, winterization, new owner orientation, AC maintenance, etc.) In addition, we may charge a “service call” fee.

Tank Cleaning
We super clean black and gray tanks.
Jim uses a specialized tool specifically designed to get your tanks cleaned.
Should we encounter problems such as a clog or a pyramid… additional costs will be applied. (May not be able to clean some macerator systems.)
